  Bought an office chair last week. Nothing was too much trouble for the guy who served me - I was like Goldilocks, having him demonstrate all the different features. Then he assembled for me ((£7) and lifted it into my boot. So a few days later it isnt right for me as i cant get near enough to my desk. I take it back - a young chap lifts it in, no face-pulling, and i ask about the other chair I d considered. It was more expensive but the manager did me great deal and no quibbles about a refund if i had wanted one. She went out of her way to find me another thing i was looking for and it was all put in my boot again. You just don't get service and goods like this anymore - 100% to the team :) xxx

  Very polite helpful staff and well stocked but massively overpriced. I went for paper expecting it to be much cheaper than places that don't specialise in stationary but the cheapest pack of paper was 5 quid for 80gsm. Pack of 10 Sharpies £13. Pack of little stickers 4.99. Rubber stamp £30. Pack of colouring pencils for a kid 10 pound. How it stays open is a mystery.
