I booked my car in here a good week beforehand only to be told that I wasn’t booked in when I arrived, and next slot was a month hence. Reception made NO attempt to rectify THEIR mistake. I got the impression they couldn’t give a damn. I need my car for work and had taken a day off to travel for an hour to get there.
