  Staff need to be trained in customer service and people skills i visited the store on the 22/1/18 between 8pm and 9pm and got nothing but attitude and abuse from the bit of a kid on customer service. Then the girl on the self sevice was too busy having a laugh and a giggle with her colleuges to notice me needing her helo to remove a security tag. When i did finally get her attention i got a scowl and an attidude that said she wasn't intetested nor did she care about my problem.. working in retail myself i know these skills are an essential tool. They would have soon payed me attention if I'd tried to walk out with the alarms going off with the security tag still attatched to my item. Needless to say i dont think ill be visiting again. Asda TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY FOR WHEN THE PEOPLE WHO SPEND THE MONEY TO PAY THE KIDDIES WAGES ARE.PRESENT AND IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.!!!!!!
