  my dad took phone to wrong shop (tech point) with a broken screen issue before the phone went in it switch on nd vibrated, they asked to leave the phone for a week while they ordered the part (screen), week half later went in to to see they said the screen had arrived nd it was wrong nd didnt work nd said they couldnt get hold of one nd to take it els were, i relised the phone didnt switch on or vibrate, the frame was dinted nd were the battrie was placed they forced it out leaving a massive dint, my sony was ony flashing red which ment my software was messed on my phone which only they had messed with so the outcome was they messed my phone completely and refused to take any blame my dad bought me another phone because e used the wrng phone shop iv lost all my stuff nd lost out on money buying another rediculose...........
